You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. aaaajl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.
2.4 Residents or nationals of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or use aaaajl. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
3.1 Your aaaajl account credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. aaaajl is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. All wagers placed through your account are deemed to have been placed by you personally. aaaajl is entitled to void any wager or transaction where evidence exists of shared account access.
3.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of aaaajl complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including any local gambling regulations. aaaajl provides the platform in good faith based on applicable Philippine regulation and does not warrant legality in every jurisdiction.
4.1 All deposits to your aaaajl account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 4.2 The minimum single deposit is ₱200. aaaajl does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default; however, your chosen payment provider's own transaction limits apply.
4.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. aaaajl reserves the right to reject deposits made from third-party payment sources and to withhold withdrawal of any winnings generated from such deposits pending investigation.
4.4 aaaajl does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
4.5 In the event that a deposit is credited in error, you must notify aaaajl immediately. Any winnings generated from an erroneous credit before notification may be voided at aaaajl's discretion.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the details on their aaaajl account. aaaajl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 aaaajl does not impose a minimum withdrawal amount for GCash and PayMaya transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the receiving bank's minimum incoming transfer requirements.
5.3 GCash withdrawals of amounts below ₱50,000 are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during business hours and up to 24 hours outside business hours. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
5.4 aaaajl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds may require enhanced identity verification, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership. aaaajl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.
5.5 Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the originating bonus.
5.6 aaaajl reserves the right to conduct routine transaction reviews and to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 All bonuses offered by aaaajl — including but not limited to welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and loyalty tier rewards — are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for aaaajl bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
6.3 Wagering contributions may vary by game category. Live dealer games, slots, and bingo may contribute at different rates toward a wagering requirement. The applicable contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
6.4 Bonuses are limited to one active bonus per account at any time unless a promotion's specific terms expressly permit stacking.
6.5 aaaajl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any bonus at its sole discretion, including where it determines that a Player is exploiting, abusing, or misusing a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended spirit.
7.1 All digital game outcomes on aaaajl are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, dice, or roulette wheels — captured on multiple camera feeds. aaaajl does not manipulate digital or physical game results.

9.1 All content on the aaaajl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software code, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of aaaajl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or exploited commercially without the prior written consent of aaaajl. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal entertainment only.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute between a Player and aaaajl relating to the Platform or these Terms shall first be referred to aaaajl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 calendar days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
